"We had a tire rupture on a very cold day a few weeks ago and our jack handle was missing. It was our first incident having to use the automated roadside assistance feature posted on our policy cards. For some reason we weren't able to complete the request or get connected to a live rep. Not wanting to freelance the situation and incur charges outside our coverage, I decided to call Dan direct. It wasn't surprising that he was helpful. We were more impressed that he answered his phone on the very first ring without the usual infomercials, voice prompts and loops. It was appreciated."

We chose Dan and Sherri's office because it was basically down the road from our house. We saved an amazing amount of money on our premiums although that is typical when changing to a new insurer.
